Slacker Sundays

Slacklining is a practice in balance along a narrow, flexible piece of webbing tensioned between two anchor points used by climbers to improve core strength and climbing movement.
Come and meet your new addiction. Open line from 12pm - 1pm.
Classes are from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Inquiries and reservations can be made to Martin and Lindsay at southfloridaslackline@gmail.com

You won’t want to miss this High-Energy Party, featuring the finest in Florida beer and DJs. Raffle proceeds go to The Recreation Project, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring youth to overcome fear and patterns of war in Uganda. The Recreation Project works to rebuild the confidence and courage of these young people, mostly girls, through outdoor adventure and sports. We are thrilled for the chance to donate to their climbing club.

From scaling walls to obstacle course challenges, your kids will work with our experienced instructors to hone their skills and have a great time doing it. Gear and snacks are included.

Climbing camp focused on movement in both projecting and competition climbing. Participants will undergo physical and mental assessments, warm up drills, athlete visualization and comp simulations. ABOUT INSTRUCTORS: AUDREY GAWRYCH: Former USA Climbing National team member and champion. 10+ years of youth and adult coaching. V10 / 5.13 GARRETT GREGOR: PROCLIMBER. USAC LEVEL 4 ROUTESETTER. COACH OF NATIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONS ABC CLIMBING.
